Led by mysterious voices to an abandoned arcade, Ai Ohto receives a "Wonder Egg" from a gachapon machine. Ai is told by the voices that she will receive what she desires most when she breaks open the egg.

Ai meets Neiru Aonuma, a girl who also purchases the Wonder Eggs. Ai tries to become friends with her but to no avail. Later, Ai breaks a new egg containing a girl who suffered abuse from her gymnast coach.

While she is buying more eggs, Ai meets a girl named Rika Kawai, an upbeat former idol with an insensitive attitude. Rika is also fighting to bring someone back to life, but Ai questions her reasoning for doing so.

With Rika unable to fight, Ai has to fend for herself while protecting Miko and Mako from Madam Sachiko. Meanwhile, Momoe Sawaki, a girl who is often mistaken for a boy, is also fighting for the girls in the eggs.
